I have never been "fit" or very coordinated. I have never been comfortable in gym spaces, but working out with Adrienne has completely changed that. Adrienne's warmth and positivity eased my self-consciousness and helped me let go and really enjoy the sweat and challenge of a good workout.



I've followed her to two different gyms before the pandemic shut that down. Since then, we've been working one-on-one and it's been a much needed healthy coping mechanism during this weird time. Adrienne is body-positive and wellness-focused. She adapts our workouts depending on my needs. Whether we do a high intensity bodyweight workout or a light day of mobility and stretching, I feel more mentally and physically positive because of her.
